Workflow Emails

This feature can conflict with workflow emails.
Example: If the Registration Status on Attendee is set to To Invite and an electronic mail template is is sent out, the Registration Status volition be updated to Invited. We recommend disabling the Ship Blackthorn | Event invite e-mail workflow rule if you intend on using this feature.

Setting up your first template is elementary!

1. Navigate to an Outcome record.
2. On the Email Templates related list, click the dropdown pointer and click "New".

3. On the "New Template" modal, select "New" and then click the "Continue" button.

   • Notation: The "New From Template" option will create a new template from an existing template.

4. (Optional): If you desire to check out a template, we have included 12 past default.
